Create Grid from Points
Creates Grid raster models from points using Spline methods. The tool is provided for interpolating any Grids (not only DEMs).

Quality {quality} |
Interpolation quality. Quality value may vary from 75% to 100%, where 100% quality results in the maximum accuracy and takes into account all input points. |
Mean Neighbours {mean_neighbours} |
Mean number of neighbouring points taken into account for interpolating a value in an unmeasured location. |
Outlier Probability {outlier_probability} |
Threshold value of the probability that a separate value of the interpolated points is an outlier. |
