License

permits software operation for one person on the computer with
ArcGIS desktop installed. There is a discount for users purchasing two or more
licenses simultaneously.

XTools Pro Corporate License
|
gives you rights to install and use software product on any number
of computers within the same organization and the same physical location.

XTools Pro Global License
|
gives you rights to install and use software product on an
unlimited number of computers, regardless of location, but owned or under the
control of the purchaser. This option is specifically provided for large
corporations and organizations with offices and locations spread countrywide or
worldwide.

XTools Pro Academic License
|
is actually the Corporate License with a discount and it is
available for scientific and educational institutions. The discount is
available for the institutions after they provide us with the filled
Registration form. The form is available at
Data East online GIS-store.
Each inquiry for the discount for the XTools Pro Corporate license from
educational or researching institutions is considered individually.

Upgrades from 4.x, 3.x, 2.x or 1.x to XTools Pro 5.x version
|
are available for registered users only. There is a discount for
users purchasing upgrade for two or more Single licenses simultaneously.

The principal place of business of Data East, LLC is the Russian Federation, so
the currency of payment is the Russian Ruble (RUR) and the price is given in
RUR. The USD equivalent is determined daily on the basis of the Central Bank of
the Russian Federation daily currency exchange rate. The currency exchange rate
in your Bank of Issuer or in your Card Processing Center may be different and
that may affect the sum being charged off. Typically the difference is about
1%.
