XTools Pro Prices
The principal place of business of Data East, LLC is the Russian Federation, so the currency of payment is the Russian Ruble (RUR) and the price is given in RUR.
The USD equivalent is determined daily on the basis of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation daily currency exchange rate.
The currency exchange rate in your Bank of Issuer or in your Card Processing Center may be different and that may affect the sum being charged off. Typically the difference is about 1%.

XTools Pro Single License
 |
Single License permits software operation for one person on the computer with ArcGIS desktop installed. There is a discount for users purchasing two or more licenses simultaneously. |
XTools Pro Subscription License
|
Subscription license
is a single license available for a limited period of time (90 days). Upon completion of the subscription period you will be asked to either renew the subscription period or to select the termless license instead. Having selected to renew the subscription period you can continue using the XTools Pro until the end of the new subscription period. Information about number of days left till the subscription expiry can be found in the activation dialog or in the "About XTools Pro" dialog. The XTools Pro tools become disabled after the subscription period expires.

XTools Pro Academic License
|
Academic License is actually the Corporate License with a discount and it is available for scientific and educational institutions. The discount is available for the institutions after they provide us with the filled Registration form. The form is available at Data East online GIS-store.
Each inquiry for the discount for the XTools Pro Corporate license from educational or researching institutions is considered individually. |
XTools Pro Corporate License

Corporate License gives you rights to install and use software product on any number of computers within the same organization and the same physical location. |
XTools Pro Global License
Global License gives you rights to install and use software product on an unlimited number of computers, regardless of location, but owned or under the control of the purchaser. This option is specifically provided for large corporations and organizations with offices and locations spread countrywide or worldwide.
XTools Pro Upgrades
7.x, 6.x, 5.x, 4.x, 3.x, 2.x or 1.x to
XTools Pro 8.x version are available for registered users only. There is a discount for users purchasing upgrade for two or more Single licenses simultaneously.
